Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (date of payment confirmation).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction (credit card via Stripe).

Loss of the right of withdrawal

For contracts on the supply of digital content (in this case: immediate access to the DIOPTRA learning platform), the right of withdrawal expires once the provider has started performance after you have

1. expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period has expired, and
2. acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent and starting performance.

You give this consent at checkout by actively ticking the relevant box. Without this consent, access is only unlocked after the 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed.
